The cost is $250 for ten weeks. We will meet on Sundays from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Athletes will receive "homework" and a notebook to keep track of progress. This is progressive training that will require the athletes to work very hard on their own during the week.
We will need at least 6 athletes to secure gym time at Flipz Gymnastics, here in Concord. The facility is brand new with lots of toys for us to use. Directions to Flipz
Those who participate during this first session will be allowed to train with the Concord Knights basketball team, for an additional $300, from April 22nd until July 26th. Athletes will be able to participate on week nights (choice of two nights per week - a total of 28 workouts). This is a lot of training for those willing to put forth the effort. The $300 will include a Concord Knights practice uniform for their participation.
